Most of us can acknowledge we have been burned to the ground countless times. From the Kundalini yogic perspective this is the natural process of SA TA NA MA (birth life death rebirth) that we surrender ourselves to as consciousness seeking humans on the planet earth. You are not alone in your journey!
Let’s gather together in this ALCHEMICAL CONTAINER to feel and find the joy and play in cultivating the truly helpful and sustainable householder yogic practices that support our rising and sustained peace by:
Practicing Kundalini Yoga breath, movement, meditation and mantra daily
Cultivating deeper, wider breaths
Experiencing spontaneous movement that heals and expresses emotions
Expressing our voice and falling in love with it
Creating Art with our own hands
Receiving the frequencies of the mantras and chanting them out loud Cultivating ways of keeping our minds on track for our highest outcome and unloading the trash from the subconscious mind
Finding the joy and feeding it regularly
Rising from the ashes and getting really good at it
Releasing our emotions in a healthy way
Becoming aware of how to contain and manage our fire
Learning to create and ride the wave of mantra that cuts through all our old outdated programs and liberates us into being more ourselves than ever before
Birth, Life, Death, Rebirth
SA TA NA MA
And more … mantras
Come for the experience
Leave with being more YOU and a toolbox of sacred kundalini yogic technology to carry you lightly and gracefully into your highest destiny
In full service to all beings and especially those who wish to playfully and practically self-realize and liberate. She is a kundalini yoga teacher, mantra dancer, Craniosacral & Polarity Therapist (certified by Life Energy Institute Topanga, CA , USA) and artist. She is a home-birth and homeschooling advocate, earth lover, living the yogic lifestyle as best she can, while providing support to the householder in all the ways: healthy yogic lifestyle based home cooking, Ayurveda informed massage and self-care practices, craniosacral & polarity therapies, community grief ritual, aromatherapy, kundalini yoga, meditation, mantra, art and dance.
In this breath, in this moment, as we surf the energy currents of these times, upon the earth, as we sometimes feel bashed about, we also deeply feel our need for the roots and witnessing of community, for in person and online gathering spaces, sanctuary and support with continuity on the path of consciousness, awareness and embodiment.
I am excited to be here, in these times, deep in the alchemy with you all, carrying the legacy of kundalini yoga and leading the sacred practices that can support us living our best lives through it all, with grace … as creators of our own sound current that carries us forth to bring heaven to earth, as souls in human bodies and hearts FEELING IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH to live joyfully and practically in oneness, peace and prosperity upon this planet together. This is the time and the time is NOW. Each of us has a part to play in bringing the new earth into existence and anchor the LOVE. Let’s do this together!
INTRODUCING THE SPECIAL GUESTS WHO MAKE THIS RETREAT EVEN MORE DELICIOUS!
Rowan is a young man fueled by good food, good company, and a steady curiosity about the world. He feels most at ease under open skies, especially when he’s working with his hands and bringing something meaningful into form. His path has woven through handyman work, woodworking, and the quiet satisfaction of building things that last. These days, he’s exploring permaculture, natural building, and the many ways people can live in harmony with the land. At heart, Rowan is someone who treasures connection — with friends, with family, and with the places that shape him. He moves through life with intention and openness, welcoming experiences that help him grow and deepen.
Mariam is someone who moves through the world guided by her heart. She brings a naturally nurturing presence, offering deep care and steadiness whenever she’s given space to hold and support others. She works as an esthetician at Osmosis Day Spa, where her facials blend bodywork, intuition, and calming touch. Her sessions are known for creating a sense of ease — a quiet place where the nervous system can soften and the skin can begin to heal. Beyond her work, Mariam expresses her creativity in the kitchen. She’s an intuitive, soulful chef with a remarkable sense for flavor, crafting meals that feel both nourishing and inspired.
Dragoș is a movement enthusiast, passionate about yoga, the body, and the transformative power of pushing beyond limits. He has been practicing yoga since 2015, with a strong focus on dynamic, yang styles like Vinyasa and Ashtanga. At the same time, he regularly attends Yin Yoga classes, embracing the importance of stillness, deep release, and inner listening as a complement to his active practice.
His approach is grounded in strength, breath, and flow – and in the steady discipline of returning to the mat, no matter the mood or the day.
Drawn to intensity and growth, Dragoș enjoys testing the body through powerful natural stressors like cold exposure and ice baths in winter lakes. For him, discomfort is a gateway – a path toward resilience and inner strength.
He teaches yoga weekly at a local studio and also leads regular sessions with his colleagues at the office. Through his personal example and contagious energy, he has inspired many in his circle of friends to explore conscious movement, reconnect with their bodies, and embrace discomfort – whether it’s through bungee jumping, deep diving, or cold plunges. In addition, he often supports workshops behind the scenes, taking care of sound, music, and presentations – always with calm presence and attention to detail.
What makes Dragoș truly special is his grounded, supportive nature. He is warm, calm, and attuned to the needs of those around him. Whether he’s guiding a yoga class or simply holding space for someone, he brings a steady, reassuring energy that makes others feel safe and seen.
Off the mat, Dragoș is passionate about nature, hiking, barefoot beach time, and classic disco music. He has practiced Aikido since 2004, and continues to explore the deeper layers of movement, presence, and alignment – both physical and mental.
Whether in a yoga class or a cold lake, Dragoș invites others to meet themselves fully – through motion, challenge, and joy.
Otilia Raluca is a nutritional therapist and plant-based chef who has been cooking with intention, care, and creativity since 2018. Her kitchen is a space of healing and joy, where every dish is prepared with love and presence.
She works almost exclusively with fresh, seasonal, local vegetables and natural ingredients. No processed foods, no canned shortcuts – just whole, clean, honest food. Her cooking is simple and mindful, using minimal heat to preserve nutrients and the vital energy of plants.
Otilia’s culinary style is a unique fusion: she brings together the familiar flavors of Romanian cuisine with exotic spices and ingredients from other continents – especially Asia and Africa. This blend creates dishes that are both comforting and surprising, rooted and adventurous, traditional and vibrant.
Beyond the kitchen, Otilia is deeply connected to nature. She forages wild herbs and mushrooms, crafting herbal infusions and natural skincare – from body and face creams to handmade beach products and soaps. She is also a passionate hiker, often drawing inspiration from the forest and mountains.
She regularly leads cooking workshops and offers guidance for those who wish to adopt a healthier and more intuitive lifestyle.
At this retreat, Otilia brings more than nourishment – she brings presence, care, and harmony. Her food supports your practice, balances your body, and warms your heart. For her, cooking is not just nourishment. It is a way of loving.
Gabrielle is a Woman soaked in curiosity about this world. She is a creative, who plays with fiber to create art both functional and sculptural. She has lived close to the land and wild places for much of her life and has many traditional ancestral skills including fire making and tending, shelter construction, wild food foraging, tracking and observation of both inner and outer landscapes, an acute sense of connection to wild animals and birds, and has a deep innerstanding of what it is to hold space to grow relationships with others.
Gabrielle is a barefeet walking, free dancing, joy seeking adventurer who had experienced deep grief and loss. Her life is dedicated to living raw, authentic, belly led experiences with the intention of bringing love, compassion and beauty into the realm.
